In our Matchmaking Protocol, we select startups with the best potential through a rigorous due diligence discovery process, assessing their legal, technological and financial soundness. Our goal is to connect them with investors, maximizing funding opportunities, receiving compensation only if funding is obtained.
Selected startups are presented to a pool of national and international investors, including Venture Capital and Business Angels, Corporate Investors, Accelerators and Industrial Partners.

The journey begins with the Pre-Assessment: the startup, by requesting participation in the matchmaking protocol, fills out an online questionnaire that gathers the first essential information to assess its potential. This initial step, allows the realities to be identified through an initial framing.
The process continues with the discovery questionnaire: in this phase the startup fills out a more in-depth questionnaire to bring out its potential. This second step is essential to provide an initial overview of the characteristics of the project and possible critical issues.
Once the initial phase is over, the startup is invited to a 1.5-hour due diligence discovery call in which the team explores the legal, technological and financial aspects.
Following the due diligence discovery, an internal analysis is conducted, examining all the data collected in the questionnaires and during the call. This evaluation allows us to verify the consistency of the business model, the technological potential and the regulatory compliance, ensuring a complete and objective overview of the project.
Finally, once the evaluation is complete and the match with our network of investors has been verified, we move on to the deal. In this phase, the startup is put in touch with qualified investors to present its investment opportunity. The fee for all the work carried out is a success fee: that is, it is only paid in the event of financing, aligning the interests of the startup with those of our team and the investing partners.
