Job Position:
In your role as a subsidised finance advisor, you will be responsible for facilitating the match between clients and financing opportunities, making accessible the economic resources that are essential for the start-up, expansion and consolidation of their businesses.

Tasks:
Call Research & Analysis: Identify and evaluate funding opportunities through the analysis of public and private calls for tenders, using reliable and up-to-date sources.
Public and Private Entity Relations Management: Manage, create and maintain professional relations with public and private entities, facilitating communication and cooperation for funding projects.
Reports to Clients: Produce regular reports for clients, offering updates on the status of funding requests and project progress.
Funding Management: Manage the entire cycle of subsidised financing, from application submission to final reporting.
Titles, professional experience and skills
Qualifications: Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Finance, Political Science. Master’s degree and PMI certification or knowledge of project management methodologies will be positively evaluated
Experience: Previous experience in drafting and/or evaluating business plans and applications for public funding.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse and interpret complex data and to translate technical information into understandable reports.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with emphasis on accuracy and clarity.
Organisation: Time and project management skills, with a focus on details.
Computer skills: Good knowledge of the main IT tools (Office package with focus on Excel and Google Workspace).
Interest in Innovation: Attention to new technologies and innovation, with particular interest in artificial intelligence, data science and Web 3.
Behavioural skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, organisational intelligence, goal orientation, excellent communication skills and ability to analyse not only the economic but also the general/technical/environmental/geopolitical context.
